This place is an absolute joke to work with. Had an appointment for a Wednesday. Jarrod calls me the morning of and says he can't replace it because I picked the wrong windshield... Bro, I give you year, make, model, & VIN. YOU PICKED THE WRONG WINDSHIELD! Then says he has to order it and can do it the following Wednesday. Against my better judgment, I say okay. Than Jerrod is a no-show. So I call the office "oh he changed it to Friday, he didn't tell you?" NO, again, I should've just canceled it, but didn't. He actually changes it Friday. And right after he leaves, I get an email about "hey, we don't know why we didn't recalibrate your safety laser things in the windshield, but you shouldn't drive until this is done, which we can do for an extra charge" Dude, nobody said anything about that until after Jerrod left? You guys are the WORST glass company I have ever dealt with...

My experience with Safelite was great from beginning to end. I booked the appointment online and the process was very easy. I was able to go through my insurance so I paid $0 out of pocket. They also provide mobile service which was nice too. The techs, Eddie and Frank were very helpful and knowledgeable. My experience was great. 10/10.

Frank and Ed our technicians were extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. They did an excellent job replacing our window. Safelite should be proud, that they have two genuine employees who represent the face of their company.

Eddie and Frank. Best technicians ever. Very knowledgeable car gurus. Enjoyed talking to them about cars. Very professional and explained what they are doing step by step. Checkout the perfect windshield replacement they did. I made sure to include a picture of their work. 30 mins and they got the job done. 👍🏽👍🏽 worth every penny.

After my windshield was installed, that same day, it was raining. They told me not to take my car to the car wash for 24 hours because of the high pressure. I wish they wouldve asked me before my appt if id like to proceed because of the rain, but they didnt. The result of all this my car was leaking the next day where the windshield met with the too and leaked all over my shift knob and more. I took it in the next day, they denied it was the windshield because they “checked” and said it was the sunroof. However, the technician mentioned something about sunroof adjusters getting checked, which i had no idea what that is, but denied he touched it. Why bother mentioning something if you didnt touch it? So overall, i had a terrible experience and will never come her again because they took no blame in anything they did. Mind you, i had never a leak prior to the windshield getting replaced and suddenly its leaking? The technicians were also very unprofessional and did not allow us to talk and argued with us. Never again will i ever use them because it was not a good experience. So now i dont know which issue caused the problem because for all i know they couldve covered their mistakes.
